Teatimer Exe

The teatimer.exe process is part of SpyBot's Search and Destroy software for removing malware, spyware and adware from users' PCs. The TeaTimer option within SpyBot is responsible for monitoring suspicious activity on your PC. Once enabled TeaTimer runs behind the scenes notifying you when a process is launched and checking the legitimacy of that processes, and also offering you the option to stop the process if you wish. SpyBot's TeaTimer will also inform you when a process wants to modify one of the important registry keys, giving you an extra opportunity to protect your PC from malware threats installing themselves on your computer.

As mentioned, SpyBot is designed to protect PCs from threats associated with spyware, adware and malware. Adware refers to software that, once installed on your PC, will display adverts (such as pop-up ads), or log your Internet activity and then forward this to a third party (for a variety of reasons including allowing that third party to customize the adverts targeted at your PC)

Desktop

The distinction between adware and spyware is largely that adware installs itself on your PC with your consent while spyware installs itself without consent. In practice this distinction is a fine one since a common strategy used by the designers of spyware is to attach the spyware to another more useful application which people might conceivably want to download willingly. Examples can include peer-to-peer file sharing applications, toolbars and comedy desktop characters.

While some software will make it explicitly clear that adware is being installed, in practice this consent may amount to little more than adding a sentence or two of heavy legalese somewhere in the end-user license agreement. Unless you read the EULA carefully you may not realize that you have permitted someone fairly untrammeled access to the information on your system.

Teatimer Exe

Other than anti-spyware and anti-adware tools SpyBot has a limited range of anti-malware tools. The word malware is generic covering all malicious software. SpyBot is able to offer protection against a limited range of Trojans and has anti-rootkit functionality.

For more details about teatimer.exe, can check out SpyBot's official forum too.

Can Computer Monitor Radiation Cause Cancer

Many computer users needlessly scare themselves about unwarranted fears that their monitors and computer hardware are slowly killing them. The truth, however, is that you will not contract cancer by being exposed to the radiation given off your computer monitor. Neither will you become infertile or suffer from any other debilitating or terminal disease.

Radiation is almost always associated with a negative connotation, but this thinking is based on low awareness. We are exposed to radiation everyday. By definition, radiation is any energy that travels from a source. Light, as well as heat and sound, are types of radiation. In fact, we get a generous serving of ultraviolet radiation every morning from the sun.

Hardware

Our computer monitors and other electronic devices with screens, such as televisions and mobile phones, give off a certain type of radiation known as electromagnetic radiation (EMR). If you care to know, the fluorescent light bulb emits more EMR than our computer screens.

The idea that radiation from computer monitors can cause cancer dates back to the early 1990s when leading publications and journals disseminated poorly-researched studies that claimed this was the case. As you may well expect, a certain type of panic ensued among the masses. The public began to question not only the safety of computer hardware, but all the effects of other EMR-emitting devices.

To control the situation, carefully conducted research studies were conducted and the false claims were finally discredited. By that time, however, the computer myth that monitors cause cancer was firmly inculcated into many people's minds.

It is high time we bust this myth! EMR from your CRT or LCD monitor will not adversely affect our health. These computer hardware are harmless and should not be viewed in fear.

Sitting all day in front of your computer is not good for you for reasons other than cancer-causing radiation. Without exercise, you are predisposing yourself to health problems. In this way, your computer can be the death of you. But you will most certainly not die of EMR.

The Growth of Technology

It is hard to believe how much the world has changed in the last 30 years ago. Three decades ago, a day in the office involved poring over files and printed statistic pages that had been mailed from another office. Today, a similar day would involve reading these same statistics from the screen of a digital device such as a laptop or a handheld device. Thanks to the rapid evolution in technology, modern business results and relationships are achieved differently. Today, people are more likely to be concerned with acquiring essential iPhone parts or MacBook parts to their respective device than they are with buying a new suit.

The emergency of the enhanced digital age has provided many options that were previously unavailable. In colleges for example, students are now able to pay better attention to their classes and schedules. Most mobile devices are filled with extremely efficient organizers. These pseudo cyber secretaries ensure that students are able to correctly remember what they have to do during the day while still alerting them to the birthday status of friends. Sitting in the beds of their dorm rooms, many students are able to review lectures that they have missed on their laptops as well as discuss assignments amongst fellow peers.

Hardware

In the world of the business, the use of technology has been even more dramatic. The presence of the internet has made the idea of a globalization a very real fact. Different branches of companies located in different parts of the world are able to communicate with each other via the use of their computers. Business men are no longer restricted to working within their office. With the use of their netbooks or mobile devices and an effective connection, a worker can easily discuss matters relating to business with a coworker as he takes the train home.

Of course, in order for the advances in technology to be effectively used, people will need to equip themselves with the right tools and accessories. There are different product parts which are released and designed to improve the efficiency in service of a product. For instance, the introduction of blue tooth and wireless technology allows most people to abandon the use of wires. Headsets as well as other accessories can now be linked with real hardware with connections such as these. The provision of wireless keyboards and headphones do not only improve human efficiency, they also reduce many of the clutter that existed prior to their introduction.

Many of these accessories can be found on the internet at online tech shops. Depending on the nature of a person's needs, provision can be made for a wide range of hardware items. For example owners of computers can decide to upgrade the efficiency of their systems with various enhanced additions. The use of cell phones and digital handheld products can also be upgraded with extremely effective parts reliant on the technology found alongside these devices. Technology has taken the world in its grip and for the best parts; it appears that it is here to stay.

My PC Keeps Freezing - How Can I Fix it Easily?

Help, my PC keeps freezing. That is a common question a lot of computer users ask, when they face one of the most frustrating computer errors. Your PC screen freezes while you are finishing an important project, running a program, playing games, or browsing the internet.

So what can you do at the moment your PC freezes up? Pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL at the same time, will open the Task Manager, which shows you all the programs that are currently running on your computer. Select the programs that have a status "Not Responding", and click "End Task". This will close the not responding programs. Be aware that you will probably lose all unsaved data. This is the price you have to pay when your computer keeps freezing up.

Pc

Why does my PC keep freezing up?

There are several reasons why your PC keeps freezing up. One way to eliminate your computer from freezing is by finding its root that is the Windows registry. The windows registry is an important component of the Windows operating system. Without it, Windows would not be able to run. The registry keeps track of everything, e.g. where the files are located, user preference, file associations, shortcuts, uninstall entries and much more.

When the windows registry starts to become very large, your PC's performance can decrease and it can cause computer freezing.

How To Fix Computer Freezing?

Running a registry cleaner, such as RegCure, on a regular basis will keep your registry clean and free of damaged entries. RegCure is a Microsoft Windows tool that will fix Windows errors by analyzing your registry for corrupt, obsolete, and missing entries resulting from unsuccessful installations and un-installations, disabled drivers and spyware programs.

It takes about 2 minutes to scan your Registry. You may be surprised what you find as it is not uncommon for hundreds even thousands of errors to be uncovered. Cleaning a corrupt and cluttered Windows Registry will not only speed up your PC, but also stop you from saying "My PC keeps freezing".

My PC Suddenly Shuts Down - How to Fix It

If your computer suddenly shuts down, you'll know how annoying and frustrating this problem can be. However, there is actually quite an easy way to fix this which even a beginner can do. Here's what you need to do....

The first thing you need to do to fix a computer that's suddenly shutting down at random times is to get it cooled down. It's often the case that computers will overheat, causing them to just shut down to save them from burning any of the expensive and delicate components inside them. The first thing you need to do is to take off the side of your computer case and put a desk fan near your PC. This will cool your system down and will likely cure 60% of all the cases of sudden shut-downs.

Pc

If this does not work, you should then start up your PC in "safe mode". This is done by restarting Windows and then pressing F8 continuously before it loads again. This will bring up a black screen with white writing, and give you the option of "Safe Mode" to load up your computer. This will load up Windows without any of the drivers or other software that can cause problems.

Starting in safe mode is a great way to see if the shutdown problems are being caused by the software or hardware of your system. You should try using your PC for a few hours in safe mode and if it does the same problem here, then you should take it to a professional computer repair store, as they will fix any of the damaged hardware that is likely causing the issue.

If everything is okay in safe mode, then you've likely got a problem with the software inside Windows. If this is the case, the best thing you can do is to download a 'registry cleaner' from the Internet and then install it on your PC. A 'registry cleaner' is a tool that scans through Windows and removes any of the damaged, corrupted or erroneous files that tend to build up inside the system. These files can often cause computers to act in very strange ways, including making them continually shut down & restart. You may find that if it's a software related issue that's causing your problem, a registry cleaner will fix it. And you can download one of these tools from our site.

Best Tablet for 2012

The Motorola XOOM is a powerful tablet that offers nearly all the traditional features of a desktop PC, but it's in a 10.1 inch tablet that's just half an inch thick. I have the pleasure of supporting 3 of them at work right now. So far this would be my choice for Best Tablet 2012.

Who makes it: Motorola

Desktop

Price Range: 0-0 for wi-fi only version. 3G and 4G XOOM's can run as much as 0 depending on if you sign up for a 2 year data contract from a cellular provider. This review is on the Wi-Fi only version of the Motorola XOOM (which is all I've worked with so far).

Who's it for: This a hardcore tablet. It's got a lot of power and features. It's perfectly suited for home and corporate users who want the desktop experience right in the palm of their hand, however if you're just trying to browse the internet and read some ebooks there are more affordable tablets out there.

Motorola XOOM Hardware Features

The XOOM isn't playing around when it comes to hardware. It's beefy. Motorola popped in a dual core 1 ghz nVidia Tegra 2 processor, 1 GB of DDR2 Ram, 32 GB's of internal storage and a 10 hour battery (and that's 10 hours of actually using the tablet)! That's a lot of power for a tablet.

Motorola didn't skimp on wireless connectivity either. The XOOM comes with 802.11 N Wi-Fi and it also supports A, B and G signal types as well. Blue-tooth is also included so you'll be able to use accessories like headsets or even connect it to your hands-free blue-tooth system in your car (which is great for those turn by turn directions played via your car speakers).

The XOOM allows you to setup 5 "home screens". Each of these home screens can contain different applications and widgets. While this isn't a big deal in the corporate environment it does make sharing the XOOM at home with other people much easier. Speaking of widgets...you can add dozens of widgets on each home screen. These widgets are scrollable (for example you can scroll through emails on the email widget), stackable and now re-sizable!

Unlike the iPad, the XOOM completely supports Adobe Flash (v. 10.2), so you won't be limited to viewing just half of the sites on the Internet. You should know that flash content uses the battery almost twice as fast. So your 10 hours if internet browsing becomes 5 if you're on flash rich websites.

Multi-touch gestures are there too, for example, you can use 2 fingers to pinch zoom in and expand (zoom out) any website, picture or movie.

Email: You can add as many corporate or personal email accounts as you want. Our XOOM users here at work have Microsoft Exchange and gmail accounts configured on their XOOMs. So far it works perfectly.

XOOM is Multi-tasker. You can download music, files, watch a video or play a game all at the same time, there's no need to wait for something to finish. Tabbed web browsing is also available in the XOOM. It's just like your desktop.

The Android Market gives you access to hundreds of thousands of Apps, Games, Books and more. Some are free and some cost anywhere from - (usually). Now, with the new Android 3.2 release for the XOOM you can also rent movies directly from the Android Market (and these are new movies, as soon as they are released to DVD). Google apps and technologies are found throughout the XOOM (and they work flawlessly with the exception of Google Earth at this time). You can video and voice chat using Google talk (over a Wi-Fi connection) or pull up a 3D Google map and get spoken turn-by-turn directions if you're out walking or in your car.

The Role of Computers in the Modern World

Things are changing rapidly as the world is progressing. In this modern world people are using advanced machines to do their work. Computer is the most advanced machine that people use to do their work. This particular machine is used in every field of life. Advanced techniques are used with help of computers to diagnose dangerous diseases. Advanced manufacturing techniques are used with the help of computers to manufacture the products. Computers are extensively used in the field of engineering.

In past one machine was used to perform only a single task but now-a-days with the help of computers you can perform different tasks at one time. In modern business environment computers have special importance. A huge amount of time is saved due to multitasking. In business terms time is money, so if you are saving time you are saving money as well. Due to multitasking the costs of businesses have reduced.

Computers

What is the meaning of multitasking? It means that running several programs simultaneously. Since modern computers typically execute instructions several orders of magnitude faster than human perception, it may appear that many programs are running at the same time even though only one is ever executing in any given instant. Multitasking may slow down a computer that is running several programs at one time.

Many advanced computers are designed to share their work across many CPUs. This process is called multiprocessing. This technique is generally used in powerful computers such as super computers, mainframe computers and serves.

Thus, the entire world is fully dependent on computers. Due to this factor demand of computers has been increased.

The Evolution of Technology - The History of Computers

While computers are now an important part of the lives of human beings, there was a time where computers did not exist. Knowing the history of computers and how much progression has been made can help you understand just how complicated and innovative the creation of computers really is.

Unlike most devices, the computer is one of the few inventions that does not have one specific inventor. Throughout the development of the computer, many people have added their creations to the list required to make a computer work. Some of the inventions have been different types of computers, and some of them were parts required to allow computers to be developed further.

Computers

The Beginning

Perhaps the most significant date in the history of computers is the year 1936. It was in this year that the first "computer" was developed. It was created by Konrad Zuse and dubbed the Z1 Computer. This computer stands as the first as it was the first system to be fully programmable. There were devices prior to this, but none had the computing power that sets it apart from other electronics.

It wasn't until 1942 that any business saw profit and opportunity in computers. This first company was called ABC computers, owned and operated by John Atanasoff and Clifford Berry. Two years later, the Harvard Mark I computer was developed, furthering the science of computing.

Over the course of the next few years, inventors all over the world began to search more into the study of computers, and how to improve upon them. Those next ten years say the introduction of the transistor, which would become a vital part of the inner workings of the computer, the ENIAC 1 computer, as well as many other types of systems. The ENIAC 1 is perhaps one of the most interesting, as it required 20,000 vacuum tubes to operate. It was a massive machine, and started the revolution to build smaller and faster computers.

The age of computers was forever altered by the introduction of International Business Machines, or IBM, into the computing industry in 1953. This company, over the course of computer history, has been a major player in the development of new systems and servers for public and private use. This introduction brought about the first real signs of competition within computing history, which helped to spur faster and better development of computers. Their first contribution was the IBM 701 EDPM Computer.

A Programming Language Evolves

A year later, the first successful high level programming language was created. This was a programming language not written in 'assembly' or binary, which are considered very low level languages. FORTRAN was written so that more people could begin to program computers easily.

The year 1955, the Bank of America, coupled with Stanford Research Institute and General Electric, saw the creation of the first computers for use in banks. The MICR, or Magnetic Ink Character Recognition, coupled with the actual computer, the ERMA, was a breakthrough for the banking industry. It wasn't until 1959 that the pair of systems were put into use in actual banks.

During 1958, one of the most important breakthroughs in computer history occurred, the creation of the integrated circuit. This device, also known as the chip, is one of the base requirements for modern computer systems. On every motherboard and card within a computer system, are many chips that contain information on what the boards and cards do. Without these chips, the systems as we know them today cannot function.

Gaming, Mice, & the Internet

For many computer users now, games are a vital part of the computing experience. 1962 saw the creation of the first computer game, which was created by Steve Russel and MIT, which was dubbed Spacewar.

The mouse, one of the most basic components of modern computers, was created in 1964 by Douglass Engelbart. It obtained its name from the "tail" leading out of the device.

One of the most important aspects of computers today was invented in 1969. ARPA net was the original Internet, which provided the foundation for the Internet that we know today. This development would result in the evolution of knowledge and business across the entire planet.

It wasn't until 1970 that Intel entered the scene with the first dynamic RAM chip, which resulted in an explosion of computer science innovation.

On the heels of the RAM chip was the first microprocessor, which was also designed by Intel. These two components, in addition to the chip developed in 1958, would number among the core components of modern computers.

A year later, the floppy disk was created, gaining its name from the flexibility of the storage unit. This was the first step in allowing most people to transfer bits of data between unconnected computers.

The first networking card was created in 1973, allowing data transfer between connected computers. This is similar to the Internet, but allows for the computers to connect without use of the Internet.

Household PC's Emerge

The next three years were very important for computers. This is when companies began to develop systems for the average consumer. The Scelbi, Mark-8 Altair, IBM 5100, Apple I and II, TRS-80, and the Commodore Pet computers were the forerunners in this area. While expensive, these machines started the trend for computers within common households.

One of the most major breathroughs in computer software occurred in 1978 with the release of the VisiCalc Spreadsheet program. All development costs were paid for within a two week period of time, which makes this one of the most successful programs in computer history.

1979 was perhaps one of the most important years for the home computer user. This is the year that WordStar, the first word processing program, was released to the public for sale. This drastically altered the usefulness of computers for the everyday user.

The IBM Home computer quickly helped revolutionize the consumer market in 1981, as it was affordable for home owners and standard consumers. 1981 also saw the the mega-giant Microsoft enter the scene with the MS-DOS operating system. This operating system utterly changed computing forever, as it was easy enough for everyone to learn.

The Competition Begins : Apple vs. Microsoft

Computers saw yet another vital change during the year of 1983. The Apple Lisa computer was the first with a graphical user interface, or a GUI. Most modern programs contain a GUI, which allows them to be easy to use and pleasing for the eyes. This marked the beginning of the out dating of most text based only programs.

Beyond this point in computer history, many changes and alterations have occurred, from the Apple-Microsoft wars, to the developing of microcomputers and a variety of computer breakthroughs that have become an accepted part of our daily lives. Without the initial first steps of computer history, none of this would have been possible.

How to Build Cabinet Doors

So you've decided the kitchen needs a facelift but you don't want to get a second mortgage to do it. Putting up new cabinet doors can revitalize any dreary kitchen. It's a large project that requires a bit of woodworking know how but it's certainly a great way to get exactly the right cabinets for you. So read on for a guide on how to build cabinet doors.

The first thing you'll need to do is cut a rough door out of the same material your cabinets are made of.

Hardware

Cut the sides of the door slightly longer than the cabinet frame

Reposition the wood and cut the top and bottom slightly larger than the frame opening.

Next item is to cut out the edges of the door.

Measure the height and width of the door frame. Trace this measurement onto the backside of the cabinet door.

Adjust your table saw so that the blade is roughly a third the depth of the wood.

Trim around the edges of the door.

Next you'll need a router to bevel the edges of the door.

Run the router around the sides, top and bottom of the cabinet door.

Wipe off and dust and take the door over to the cabinets and fit check it.

Trim off any areas that don't fit inside the frame

If everything fits snug go ahead and set the door aside and start on the next door.

Repeat this process for all of the single doors.

Making a set of double doors is a little bit different.

You'll use the same steps for creating the template except this time cut 1 sheet of wood that will fit both doors.

Once you've made this cut measure the center of the wood and cut it lengthwise splitting it into the two doors.

The reason for using a single sheet of wood is to preserve the wood grain pattern, the doors will match.

Don't rout or cut the inner length of the 2 doors since you'll want them to fit flush inside the cabinet.

At this point you'll need an assistant to hold the double doors in place to check the fit.

Since you didn't cut the middle line on the doors you can trim them down flush on these sides.

Now that you have all of the doors built it's time to sand everything down, smooth any edges and stain.

For sanding it's a good idea to work outside to limit the amount of fine saw dust that can settle on everything.

After you've finished sanding you'll need to stain.

Since this is a large project it's a good idea to go ahead and mix up multiple cans of stain into a larger bucket. This will assure a uniform color across all the doors.

Apply a protective varnish to the doors after the stain has dried.

That's all there is to the actual door build. Figuring out how to build cabinet doors can be pretty involved. As long as you have the time and proper tools though it's a rewarding way to save a lot of money in a kitchen remodel.

Furniture Hardware

Replacing the old and worn hardware on your furniture can go a long way towards bringing new life to your older pieces and it can save on the expense of buying new furniture. Knobs and pulls come in a variety of shapes and sizes and can be mixed and matched beautifully on one or more pieces in your home to create a common theme. Glass knobs and pulls add a touch of unexpected elegance while ornate brass hardware can accent precious antiques.

When replacing any type of hardware it is important to pay attention to the original knobs, pulls or hinges that were used. Heavier drawers tend to use larger knobs to compensate for additional weight and this should be considered when choosing a replacement. If you are planning to use the original holes for replacement pulls, measure the space between them (the "center to center" mounting distance) and choose a pull that will fit that size. Different pulls may have different center to center spacing so pay attention when reviewing the details for installation.

Hardware

There are several different materials to choose from when selecting new or replacement hardware for the furniture in your home. Solid brass provides incredible strength and durability while pewter comes in a variety of unique patterns and designs. Cast iron is a wonderful choice for colonial or mission style furniture. Glass knobs are a unique way to introduce color into any piece and are available in a range of choices from bright ruby red to deep cobalt to pink.

Furniture Hardware

LookInTheAttic & Company offers a wide selection of beautiful knobs and pulls for any piece of furniture in your home. Create a common theme by using the same or similar patterns and finishes on different pieces throughout your home. Remember that sometimes the smallest details can make the biggest impact on a design so select a knob or pull that reflects your decorating taste and unique style.

Every device that is connected to a network, including the Internet, has an Internet Protocol (IP) address. The Internet Protocol defines a standard digital method that is used by computer devices to communicate with each other. These devices communicate by delivering and receiving datagrams, called data packets, from the source device to the destination device and vice versa over a network. Each device has a unique IP address that allows devices to find each other on a network and to exchange data packets.

Hardware

Networks can be created using telephone lines, cell phones, cable TV, Ethernet cables, and with wireless routers. Routers are used to assign temporary IP addresses to devices connected to the local area network the router controls and to "route" data packets around a network to the correct devices. Some routers have extra features such as encryption of data packets, data packet error correction, and wireless access.

Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) defines 32-bit IP addresses is made up by of a group of four numbers ranging from 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255. This equates to about 4 billion IP addresses. A 128-bit version of the Internet Protocol called IPv6 has been developed that will allow for many more addresses if IP addresses run out with IPv4.

How to use a Wireless Router IP Address

All wireless routers have one Internet Protocol (IP) address that is used as the address for the local area network (LAN) and one that is used for an external wide area network (WAN) connection such as the Internet. Internal (LAN) IP addresses are normally pre-set to the router manufacturer's factory default IP address. When you enter the router's IP address into your web browser as a http request (for example http://192.168.1.245 for a Linksys router), the browser will send a request to your router to open the router's default administration page so you can access the router's settings.

How to find your Wireless Router IP Address

The first place to check is in the wireless router's user manual. If you don't have a user manual or can't find it, you can try visiting the manufacturer's website and search for the default IP address there. Alternatively, connect your wireless router with its Ethernet cable to your computer and power up and start both devices. If you are running a Windows operating system such as Windows XP or Vista, bring up the Command Prompt window (Start->All Programs->Accessories->Command Prompt) and type the word "ipconfig" without the quotes at the prompt and press enter. You should see a list of IP addresses and the one that is listed next to the "Default Gateway" is the IP address of the wireless router you have connected to your computer. Next open your web browser and type in the http request using that same IP address and you should see the router's administration page where you can log in (the user manual will also have the default username and password for the router's administration page) to change the router's settings.

Wireless router manufacturer's can use different factory pre-set IP addresses for different model routers they manufacture. The factory pre-set IP address is usually stored in the firmware of the router. So if you can not get into your router's administration page you may need to try one of the other IP addresses the manufacturer uses with other models in case the firmware was upgraded after the publication date of the user manual. Advantages of Notebook Computers Over Desktop Computers

Computer usage has increased over the years. Now it has become a mandatory requirement in most professions. Students are also increasingly dependent on computers for their project and research work. The desktop computer is known for its all-rounded performance, higher configuration compatibility and relatively cheaper pricing. On the other hand notebook computers have an advantage for its compactness and mobility factors. Though both these forms of computers are known for their uniqueness and serve different audience but the notebook computers have the ability to eclipse over desktop computers.

Technological advancements are welcomed but they are respected when they can be mobilized. Desktop computers have been made smaller through laptops while retaining most traits. Any notebook computer can perform the tasks of a basic desktop computer and it can be enhanced as per the user wishes. Earlier it wasn't possible to upgrade a laptop but now with increased innovations, a laptop's RAM (Random Access Memory) can be enhanced up to 4 GB for enabling superior performance. Notebook computers are expensive as they integrate all the components of a desktop computer into one compact machine.

Desktop

The storage capacity of the notebook computers was a big limitation but now even that has been considerably diminished through the usage of flash memory. This kind of memory takes up very less space and stores lots of information. Notebooks with 250 GB memory are now available in the market. Notebooks enable wireless internet access through Wi-Fi enabled hotspots and their portability adds to their major advantage. The battery backup of the notebook computer allows its usage even without dedicated power-supply. All notebooks use LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screens which are better and brighter in viewing. Notebooks have combined host of features like finger print reading for security issues, inbuilt camera for chats and taking photos, DVD combo drive for playing all types of file formats and much more.

There are different kinds of Laptop computers available to suit varied requirements. There are the basic desktop replacement notebooks which have a large screen display with loaded features. There are gaming notebooks which are configured for hi-end games. There are designing applications based notebooks, tablet notebooks for easier portability and the low budget student notebooks. Thus a user can have defined usage and then buy the required notebook from a trusted computer store. Many online stores also offer great deals on notebook computers and accessories.

Kegels, PC Muscles and Over-Training

Like any other exercise, over-training applies to the kegel too. In fact, you'll want to take extra precaution in gradually working your way up with kegels, as you're exercising the skeletal muscles. Over-trained pelvic floor muscles can lead to temporary erectile dysfunction and temporary pre-mature ejaculation-neither of which is fun.

So start out light and get adequate rest. As time goes on, you can eventually move up to kegeling five to fifteen minutes a day.

Pc

The kegel is famous for increasing the penile sensitivity, which is great for sexual pleasure. The increased sensitivity, however, occasionally causes a temporary side effect: It's too sensitive for some men and this can lead to temporary premature ejaculation. If this occurs, your penis should adapt to the sensitivity within a few weeks. If you are unconsciously kegeling during sex, premature ejaculation can also occur. So, if you notice this happening to you, be sure to completely relax your pelvic floor muscles while you are doing your deed.

Another interesting buy VERY subtle thing to notice is when you are walking around or just doing your daily activities. If your muscles are weak they will tend to tighten up as you go about. Every once and a while you will need to stop yourself in your tracks completely and notice if your PC muscles are tense. 9 times out of 10 they are. This is one of the most hardest parts and varies with importance. It's nearly impossible to stop.

The important thing is that you do your exercises a couple times a week with adequate rest. Slowly build yourself up and don't go to fast. Its better to slowly build your castle then it is to finish knowing you messed something up and have to start over. Every once in a while through the day stop and notice if you are tensing your muscles and relax them. The more you learn to relax them through the day, the better rest they will have and the more control you will possess!

Enjoy!

PC Muscle Exercises - 3 Essential Exercises For Men

Performing PC muscle exercises leads to countless benefits to your sex life including lasting longer in bed, having a hard penis, avoiding impotence and much more. But you can only get these kinds of benefits if you do the exercises right, and that's exactly what I'm about to show you how to do...

There are several different types of PC muscle exercises (also known as Kegels) for men.

Pc

And performing them can lead to a dramatic improvement in your sex life in a number of ways.

Some of the known benefits include...

  • Stopping premature ejaculation by holding back orgasm
  • Increasing strength of ejaculation
  • Helping overcome impotence
  • Helping keep your prostate healthy
  • Increasing semen volume
  • Developing a more muscular looking penis
  • Improving blood circulation to the penis leading to increased size and sensation

The bottom line is that the PC muscle is a muscle worth developing.

And there are several ways you can do this.

But before I get to the exercises themselves, let me explain quickly what it is and how to find it...

What is the PC muscle?

The PC muscle is found in the genital area in both men and women, but serves slightly different functions for each gender.

But so you know, in this article I'm going to focus on the benefits and characteristics relating only to men (sorry ladies).

The PC muscle is involved in the ejaculation process and can also be used to influence urine flow, which leads me to...

How to find your PC muscle

Next time you got to the bathroom, while urinating try and stop the urine flow.

You'll notice that to do this you use a certain muscle in your genitals.

The muscle you use to do this is the PC muscle.

And just as you can stop the urine flow you can also train this muscle to stop ejaculation (if the muscle is strong enough) by squeezing your it tightly just before ejaculation.

But like I said your muscle needs to be strong enough to do that, so let me get straight to explaining the workouts so you can get started on developing that muscle strength...

Exercises #1 - "Rapid-Fire"

As you might have guessed this one of the PC muscle exercises is the most "rapid-fire".

And this exercise runs as follows...

  1. Tighten your PC muscle as tightly as you can and hold it for 2 seconds
  2. Relax it fully for 2 seconds
  3. Tighten again for 2 seconds
  4. Relax for 2 seconds
  5. Repeat 10 times
  6. Take a minute break
  7. Repeat steps 1-5 one more time.

As you can tell it's rapid-fire because you're working it out in quick bursts of tightness and relaxation.

Depending on your current strength level you may want to start with more or less repetitions and sets.

Exercises #2 - "Medium-Man"

This is the medium of the three exercises I'm going to recommend.

And it goes as follows...

  1. Tighten your PC muscle and hold for 10 seconds
  2. Relax your it fully for 10 seconds
  3. Tighten again for 10 seconds
  4. Relax fully again for 10 seconds
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 so you do ten 10 second tightenings altogether

So overall it's very similar to exercise #1 with the key distinction that you're tightening your PC muscle for longer to develop more stamina in being able to hold it tight.

Exercise #3 - "The Power-House"

This one is a real stamina developer and goes as follows...

  1. Tighten your PC muscle and hold as tight as you can until you can't hold it any more
  2. Take a minutes break
  3. Repeat steps 1-2, three times altogether

Important notes on training

Above you've got 3 different exercise to try out.

I recommend you focus on doing a different one each day for 5 days a week.

And of course it's very important of course to remember the basics of doing any type of workout, including...

  • If it at any point hurts then stop doing the exercise immediately
  • make sure you don't over train yourself by never taking days off
  • make sure you eat healthily to give your muscles as much of a chance to repair as possible
  • make sure you get plenty of sleep

Stick to it

Given all the benefits involved in doing PC muscle exercises I imagine you're pretty excited to get started and this great.

But the true key to success lies in consistency.

The truth is that anyone can do some exercises for 3 days or so before giving up, but only the rare few keep it up past that time when the real benefits start to kick in, so be sure to develop a habit of doing your PC muscle exercises that will stick with you for life.

And I can tell you now that the effort is well worth it, because with doing your PC muscle exercises comes the lifelong benefit of being able to last as long as you want in bed.

PC Muscle Exercises - 3 Essential Exercises For Men

And now that you know how to use PC muscle exercises to last longer in bed I'd like to show you some of my other methods for stopping premature ejaculation...

On my website I've got a free video that explains the exact strategies I use to last over 35 minutes in bed, and you can find it by clicking this link... http://www.howtolastlonginbed.com/free-last-longer-video/

The Best Computer For Graphic Design

Since Desktop Publishing (DTP) came out in the eighties, graphic designers have been utilizing computer technology. This has pushed all graphic designers to become competent with computer hardware at the very least.

What is Desktop Publishing (DTP)? In the 1980s, it was a common term applied to digital publishing systems. These systems were developed to replace large, pre-press, specialist design and compositing systems.

Desktop

Graphic designers rely heavily on computers whether these are Windows PCs or Apple Macs. Whichever computer a graphic designer chooses to use, he/she will opt for the best computer that he/she can purchase. Graphic designers will rarely choose cheap computer hardware.

Back in the eighties, Macs were the only choice for designing and printing. Almost all design layout and graphics software was developed for Macs only or even if the software could be used in Microsoft Windows PC, it was much more reliable on a Mac. Additionally, at that time, Macs were associated with the different technologies used in the prepress and Windows PC was just not a practical choice. Today, modern versions of Mac OS X and Windows allow graphics designers to use design software either in a Mac or PC - they are no longer forced to choose one over the other.

Many graphic designers are not IT experts and making a decision on which computer to buy can be quite daunting. Of course, if money is not a problem, the decision would simply be to buy the most expensive Apple Mac or Windows PC. But most designers cannot afford to do that. In fact, some creative professionals have budgets for second hand equipment only. What really matters to these graphic designers are issues that regular computer users do not even have to think about. These are printer color accuracy, monitor calibration, hard disk speed and external storage devices for gigabytes of data.

Recent studies show that the top 5 computers for graphic design are a mix of Macs and PCs and both laptop and desktop computers fall in this category. But just like any product that a consumer buys, it really is the personal preference of the designer whether he/she will use a desktop computer or a laptop. The important thing is that the user/graphic designer has the appropriate software for the type of computer that he/she wants to purchase.

The Top 5 computers for graphic design are:

Mac Pro Desktop

The Mac line of computers is still widely preferred by most graphic designers. According to Apple, the latest Mac Pro features the all new quad-core Intel Xeon "Nehalen" processor which makes the job of a graphic designer much easier. Apple states further that the new Mac Pro is up to 1.9 times faster than its predecessor. Each processor has an integrated memory controller that allows the processors to have faster access to stored data in the computer's memory, with memory latency decreased by up to 40 percent. This feature will save a lot of time for designers when they do their work.

MacBook Pro Laptop

The MacBook Pro Laptop comes in 13, 15 and 17 inch sizes. It has high-performance NVDIA graphics and LED backlit display which makes editing graphics easier and clearer. This latest model has battery power that lasts up to 8 hours (on 17-inch version). It is powered by the Intel Core 2 Duo processor.

Dell Studio XPS Desktop

The Dell Studio XPS Desktop features the Intel Core i5 and i7 processors. If you plan on working with intensive video or 3D editing, you can have an upgrade to the 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM. But its base 3GB memory will enable you to edit photos, create vector or raster designs with ease. Its high-definition ATI graphics card creates clear, precise and flawless graphics - just what a graphic designer needs.

Toshiba Qosmio Laptop

The Toshiba Qosimo is an affordable solution to your graphic design needs. It is powered by either the Intel Core i7 or i5 processor making it easier to create flawless graphics. It has a high-end NVIDIA GeForce graphics card, which ensures that you can clearly see every pixel and frame that you edit. It has a 6GB DDR3 1066MHz memory and a 1GB GDDR5 discrete graphics memory.

HP Pavilion Elite Desktop

How To Connect Two Computers - Windows Environment

Okay so why write about it? Well because there was once a time that i needed to know how to connect two computers together and I couldn't find any articles to help me and no links on the internet that had it in detail, so this is for the people that might experience the same.

So let's begin!

Computers

Firstly you will need to know how exactly your two PC's are going to connect. So here it is. The computers will connect directly to each other therefore no hub will be needed. For those of you that don't know, a hub is just a device that connects computers in a network via UTP STRAIGHT THROUGH cables.

The reason why I wrote straight through in caps is because this is not what you will be using to connect the two computers. Instead you will be using cross over cables. You can get this from a local computer store for relatively cheap. Or if you feel like doing work then make it, its really easy. If you need any help, then a Google search on how to make crossover cables will help alot. The reason why I don't tell you how, because I'm telling you how to connect two computers not create crossovers.

Anyways that's all the requirements you'll need, just a cross over cable. (Please note; if you buying or making a cross over, make sure it's at least cat5e UTP cables.)

Now that we got that out of the way, let's get to work!

Step1

On each computer, right click on "My Computer". Click Properties and then click on the "Computer Name" tab. Where it says "Computer description:" Give each computer a description (It must not be the same). Now click on the "change" so that you can change the name of the computer and create a workgroup. In the name option give it the same name you gave it for its description and in the workgroup section type in "my first network" (REMEMBER: Names of the computers should NOT be the same, BUT Workgroup names should be EXACT the same on both)
Now once you change these, you will be asked to restart the computer, so simply click yes or ok, whatever you are prompted with.

Step 2

After the computers are rebooted you will need to setup IP addresses for each computer. This is how:

On your desktop, look for the icon named "My Network Places". Now dpouble click it to open it.

Once open look on the left to see an option "view network connections" and click on it.

Now right click on local area network and click properties.

Where it says "This connection uses the following items:"; scroll down to "Iternet Protocol (TCP/IP)", click on it and click the properties button.

Now click on "Use the following IP address" and at "IP Address" type in an IP address e.g 192.168.0.1.

Although you do the same steps for both computers you must have different IP addresses so you can make the second computers IP address 192.168.0.2

After you set the IP addresses just press the tab button and you should get a number in the subnet mask as 255.255.255.0, then press ok and wait a while and now you almost done!

Step 3

This is the easiest part; just take you cross over cable and connect to each computers network card RJ45 port. That's it you now will be able to see the computers in "My Network Places". You may start sharing files!
